Does Skyline Digital allow On-ramping and Off-ramping?

Skyline Digital now offers a convenient on-ramping feature. This allows fully onboarded users to effortlessly swap their fiat currency to crypto within the platform. Simply connect your wallet, select the amount and your preferred crypto token, and you're set. This feature saves you time and effort, smoothing your crypto transactions. How can I use the On-ramping feature?

When entering your dashboard, go to settings and fill out the β€œon-ramp” details, namely wallet address and selected token. Your walled address must be whitelisted to use this feature. Then, go to transactions, select the on-ramp option, and choose the banking details to complete the process, according to the currency you have selected. Once the transaction is concluded, you can expect to receive your funds very shortly. We strive to make your experience with Skyline Digital as efficient as possible.

How long will it take to process my on-ramping transaction?

The process is usually very straightforward. Please remember to include the customer reference provided by Skyline Digital to ensure that the transaction is properly attributed to your account. The transaction should be completed within 2 to 36 hours. If it has been longer than this time please contact our Telegram support team with all the information you can provide about where the funds were sent from, to whom and the date and amount.
